Are consultation fee refundable?
Consultation fees are non-refundable.
Do you offer virtual consultations?
Yes! We work with clients across the United States and internationally.
I'm out of state — how do I get a dress?
We offer virtual consultations for clients out of state, and we ship worldwide.
Can I bring inspiration photos?
Absolutely. Inspiration photos help us better understand your vision.
Location & Showroom
Where are you located?
We're based in Los Angeles, California, with our showroom in Culver City.
Do you have a walk-in store or showroom?
Yes. Our showroom is in Culver City and visits are by appointment only. Let us know a day and time that works for you, and we'll arrange your visit.
Measurements
Can I come in for measurements?
Measurements are taken after you book a consultation — in person or virtually, whichever you prefer.
Can you take my measurements virtually?
Yes, we can. You'll just need a tailor's measuring tape.
Fabric
Can I use my own fabric?
Yes, you're welcome to use your own fabric.
Can you source fabric for me?
Yes. Let us know the colour you're envisioning for your dress, and we'll have a few fabric samples in similar shades prepared for you to review during your appointment.
Custom Orders & Production
How long does production take?
Production timelines vary depending on the garment and event date. We'll discuss your timeline during your consultation.
Do you recreate dresses exactly?
No. Every Anit Cuts gown is uniquely designed for each client.
Do you amend or alter dresses?
Unfortunately, we do not offer alteration services.
Payments
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. Eligible custom orders can be paid in installments after the initial deposit.
